You are visiting my website, and you're using it of your own free will. I am Alex B. and am the resonsible person, should you have any enquiries. According to the German law (§ 5 Abs. 1 Nr. 6 TMG), there is no reason whatsoever to publish my tax number (Steuernummer), nor my VAT ID number (Ust.-ID-Nr.) nor my Economic ID number (Wirtschafts-ID-Nr.) on this website, since it is none of your business.

Privacy Policy

My Privacy Policy is that I don't use your data in any way whatsoever other than to answer your inquiry.
In other words, I just save your contact details if you contact me. That might mean your eMail address, or your phone number, or even your address if you send me a letter.
I guarantee that I won't sell or give your data to anybody, ever.
That is my personal commitment to you as a potential client.

Don't sue me

If you think any bit of my website violates any rights of third parties or legal regulations, I insist that you contact me before doing anything else.
Should your complaint be legitimate, which I don't think is possible, I will take action immediately to correct it.
You are free to use a lawyer, albeit at your own expense. Any and all costs incurred by you without prior contact will not only be completely rejected by me, but I will, where appropriate, take legal action against you for an infringement of this very condition.

Web tracking tools

Web tracking tools are used on this web site. Just like millions of other website owners, I use web tracking tools to measure how people in general use my web site.
You will find a few "cookies" on your computer from my web site - I use Google Analytics' free tracker, to measure how visitors use the website.
This tool measures and records things about visitor behaviour in an anonymous form.
It records things like the website you came from, how long the average visitor spends on a page, which page or section on my web site is the most visited page and other statistical stuff like that.
They then give me an aggregated version.
What I receive is completely anonymous.
I don't know anything about individual visitors.
The tracking information allows me to better understand the kind of people who come to my site and what content they're reading and/or interested in.

Don't like tracking tools

If you prefer not to be recorded, I know of 3 ways of doing this:
Use the brave browser which automatically blocks online ads and trackers.
You can set your browser to refuse cookies.
Or you can install Google's very own plugin into your browser to avoid being recorded by Google Analytics tracking software.
